Pumpkin seeds are a wonderful plant-based protein for tiny tots because they don’t have a strong flavor or gritty texture like other plant-based proteins can have (yes, these blends pass the picky toddler test!). Packed with Protein: Pumpkin seeds contain natural protein for stable energy and growing bodies. Our Blueberry, Raspberry and Strawberry Dairy-Free Yogurt blends have 5g of protein per pouch!
Good Fats: Our little ones can more effectively absorb fat-soluble vitamins with good fats in their diet and pumpkin seeds are a great source of good fat! Other good fats we use in our blends include avocado, coconut milk, extra virgin olive oil, hemp seeds and flax seeds.
