Children Under the Age of 13.  Our Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.  We expect that any use of our Blog, including Storytelling posts, will be accessed and chaperoned by a parent.  We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personally identifiable information from children under 13.  If you are under the age of 13, do not use or provide any information on our Website.  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.  If you believe we have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at care@uponafarm.com.

Personal Information, that can reasonably be used to directly or indirectly identify you, such as your name and email address and if you choose, your phone number and postal address when you choose to contact us, including by submitting our Contact Us form or if you contact our customer support by either emailing us or calling us.  We may further collect information about the subject of your interest or product information, including the store and location where a product was purchased, or any other information you provide when you contact us.  We also collect your IP address using automatic data collection technologies when you log onto our Website.  Your IP address provides us information about your location.

 

Details about your Website interactions, including your browsing history, your search history, and information regarding your interaction with our Website, including page views, how much time you have spent on pages, clicks, mouse movements, and page scrolling behavior.  We collect this information using our own tracking technologies (e.g., cookies).  We use this information to provide a more personalized experience for you, to allow us to provide you with relevant information when you return or use our Website, to understand what information was accessed, including when you access our chat function and search or click on the information provided, to understand your location, and for our marketing and analytical purposes, including to determine how we can improve our products and product offerings. 

 

We also may collect information if you use our chat function through our Chat “Bot.”  The participation in using this chat function is voluntary.  We will ask for your email address and name so that we can document the interaction and have a way to contact you should the Chat get disrupted and lose connection.  All the data from a chat, which may include your name, email address, and any information that you provide through your interaction with the chat feature, will be processed and stored by a third party processor.  If the Chat Bot is unable to direct you to an answer or process your inquiry via a dialogue envisaged by and provided in its software, the data you have entered (e.g., the information you entered in the course of your Chat Bot chat) may be passed on to a Customer Care Team member to respond to your inquiry.  Our Chat feature may also direct you to our FAQ pages and we may monitor your access and use of such pages.

 

Additionally, if you visit our Social Media pages, you may provide information and contributions on those sites that may be seen by the public, which you do at your own risk.  However, we do not control what personal information is collected or processed by Social Media, including by using automated technologies.  You should review the respective privacy policies for these Social Media platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, TikTok).
